SHIPPING POLICY

Surprize.in is currently shipping all over India. We are working on enabling International Shipping soon.
At Surprize we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Knowing this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

Shipping Duration:

Since each partner brand of Surprize.in has their own policies regarding shipping and returns, we request you to please do spare some time to go through the policies mentioned for each product on their descriptions page before making a transaction. Having said that, we stand behind our community of artists, designers and manufacturers and want you to be satisfied with the products they sell.

Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.

We expect the delivery time to be a maximum of 10 days from the date of shipment as committed by seller for shipments within India. In rare circumstances, a slight delay may be caused due to govt. interventions, natural causes etc. In such cases, Surprize.in will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charge for orders will be charged at actual.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Surprize.in does not offer any returns. However, we will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive an item that doesn’t match the description in the product listing, or if it arrived in a damaged or defective condition, you are eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If such claim is raised, the seller has the option to disagree to the same, in which case the Company may put the claim on hold for checks and verifications. The Company may contact you for the purposes of verification. If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced and a refund against the returned product will be issued.

To be eligible for an exchange,

  • Unboxing video is mandatory!!!
  • Your item must be unused, unworn with the original tags intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You must raise a return request by emailing us on _____________ within 48 hours of receipt of your order with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we have received your email, our Quality team will inspect the details and notify you about the acceptance or rejection of your request for replacement.
  • Once your return is received, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items include: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items

Note: We do not provide return pick up services so the same needs to reach us on your own expense on the below mentioned address.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are applicable only,

  • If order is cancelled within given timeline
  • If we are unable to supply all or part of your order
  • If order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location

We shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

We do not offer refund for cases where:

  • The gifts are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Cancellation/modification request in an order made less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery.
  • Product personalization is involved

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Surprize.in:

Surprize.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Cancellation by Customer:

For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 7-10 working days.

Note: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date in case of Order modification/cancellation. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make changes.
